Congratulations to all the J&W Students
Terry Mulryan-Toomey: April 28, 2008, Terry participated
as a judge for the Planner’s Challenge Project developed by Associate
Professor Jennifer Galipeau for Johnson and Wales University . Terry’s
personal passion is to assist students in reaching their potential
by creating a co-operative working environment. Partnering Future
Affairs Productions with local universities creates a positive work
experience for the next generation of special event professionals,
through classroom participation, internships, externships and on
site production opportunities.
ISES- Rhode Island:
Rocky Toomey, co owner of Future Affairs Productions has been elected
as President Elect of ISES Rhode Island. He also Co- chaired the
2008 ISES Regional Education Conference in Providence , Rhode Island
. Rocky joined Future Affairs in 2001 after successfully running
his own event company in Honolulu , HI in conjunction with producing
IBAC (International Balloon Arts Convention) for over 20 years.
He is the recipient of the following honors:

Unlimited of Massachusetts for becoming Chair of the Search
Foundation. The Search Foundation was created in 1997. The foundation
supports persons in the special event industry who are confronted
with a catastrophic occurrence – through fundraising, volunteer
services or donations made through industry wide alliances in collaboration
