Future Affairs Productions will lead your event concept through design, entertainment selection, menu development & décor environments to on- site implementation. Assuring your event budgetary goals are met while your guests have an incredible, fun gathering with a long-lasting impression. We work with your logistics team and form a decorative partnership for road races and walk-a-thons. We decorate & stylize merchandising for your auctions, adding to the immediate ROI for your event. We listen to your development needs. We meet with your board. Then we ramp into Production, assuring that the visual message is clear, the scripts are inspirational and the presentation is immaculate.
Our job is to build the environment and create an event which immerses your guests in an exciting unified set of experiences. Our strengths are the relationships we have formed with our clients. Understanding who they are, what they have done and where they need to go, is part of the longevity we experience with each of them. This was our 24th year working with " Walk for Hunger", Boston's largest walk-a-thon, organized by Project Bread, and our 18th Year with Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, in Boston MA.
Your job is to focus on the fundraising efforts of your team and have the time to nurture those relationships, before during and after the event.

Future Affairs Productions, always works its " Magic" to create an event atmosphere that our guests are in awe. From the Pre-gala Reception to the Main Event. the theme decor is carried through out, all the while staying with in our budget. You are always willing to include any of my requests and do so in away that I could never of imagined.
I look forward to continuing the relationship and already, planning is underway for our next Gala in June.
